Ploughman’s Picnic £9.95

Our version of a true Pub classic.  A wedge of farmhouse cheddar, a wedge of stilton, and slices of today’s roast meats all served with a mixed leaf salad, pickled onion, crunchy apple, pickle,  fresh crunchy coleslaw, home made piccalilli and a crusty wholegrain bap with butter. Mf version available

 

Chicken Caesar Salad.  £9.95

A true classic salad.  Crispy Cos and Romaine lettuce dressed in a creamy Caesar dressing topped with anchovies, home baked French bread croutons and grated Gran Padana cheese before being finished with a whole grilled chicken breast.

 

Grande Nachos.  £6.95

A bowl of warmed corn tortilla chips smothered in melted mature cheddar before being topped with our own fresh tomato salsa, creamy guacamole, cooling crème fraiçhe and sliced jalapeno peppers.  Great on their own, but plenty to share! Mf / gf

 

Eggs Florentine £8.95

A mouth-watering fusion of baby spinach, sliced chestnut mushrooms, black olives, garlic and butter, topped with two free range eggs and mature farmhouse cheddar before being baked in the oven.  mf / gf

 

Chicken Breast with Cranberry, Bacon and Brie.  £9.95

A succulent butterflied chicken breast grilled before being topped with Cranberry sauce, British back bacon and melted Brie.  Served with roast and baby potatoes, fresh coleslaw and dressed baby leaves with red onion. Gf

 

Cauliflower cheese.  £8.95
