Please Note:  We cook all of our meat to medium.  If you wish it to be cooked differently, please let us know at the time of order.

We aim to use local suppliers and ethical, moral and sustainable sources of produce where possible.  This may sometimes affect availability, however we  will always endeavour to offer another delicious alternative.

 

10% service charge will be added to all tables of 8 or more - this is split amongst the staff who serve you.

 

We no longer accept cheques as a method of payment.  However we do accept all major credit and debit cards.

 

 

  

We want you to enjoy your meal at the Yew Tree and we appreciate that many people have special dietary requirements. 

Mf next to meals indicates that the dish is Meat Free

Gf indicates that the dish is gluten free.  We have a gluten free fryer, but the kitchen is a mixed environment, so please warn us of this allergy.

We do use some nuts in certain dishes and while we make our kitchen safe, we cannot guarantee that all food will be free from traces of nuts, as always, please speak to us if you are concerned.

All fish and shellfish may contain small bones or shell—we are only human after all!

Any special dietary requirements may be accommodated where possible however, during peak times this may slow your order up slightly so please be patient.

 

 

We do not have a separate children’s menu as we believe they should be encouraged to eat food that’s as good as yours. We are happy to make smaller portions of some dishes on our menu, with a few exceptions, where for practical or commercial reasons we cannot reduce the normal adult portion size. Our staff will happily discuss which dishes we can offer as options for children’s meals. For the comfort of all our customers and for obvious health & safety reasons we ask that children remain in their seats at all times.
